Kurmel Holding’s brand Saray Çiftliği, established in 1998 in the fields of agriculture and livestock, produces reliable food products with 23 years of experience, a quality approach focused on customer satisfaction, modern production techniques, and a professional perspective.
Since its establishment, Saray Çiftliği has integrated all stages of production—from the feed consumed by the animals to milk and meat production—within its own structure, ensuring a fully traceable food production system.
At Saray Çiftliği, the raw milk used in dairy products is obtained from our modern facility, where 60 tons of milk are produced daily. The raw milk, inspected by our veterinarians, is delivered to our dairy production facilities within half an hour without losing its freshness or nutritional value, and is processed into products on the same day.
